浅埋深条件下切顶卸压自动成巷技术研究

摘要: 基于切顶卸压自动成巷技术原理,提出在我国西部矿区浅埋深条件下进行试验的思路,通过选取具有典型意义的神东矿区哈拉沟煤矿12201工作面,提出了现场采用恒阻锚索进行加强支护,应用预裂爆破技术切缝、采用液压单体加工字钢进行架后挡矸等一系列试验设计方案,并按照试验设计方案进行施工,现场共进行了968个爆破钻孔施工,安装恒阻锚索291根,切顶自动成巷580m。经监测,留巷期间巷道下沉50mm,巷道成形较好,顶板较为稳定。试验结果表明:切顶卸压自动成巷技术可以应用于西部矿区特殊的地质条件,将为缓解采掘接续紧张、降低万吨煤掘进率、提高资源回收率等提供重要的理论基础和试验依据。

Abstract: Based on the principle of No-Pillar Mining with Gob-Side Entry Formed by Advanced Roof Caving, The idea of the test is put forward in the condition of shallow depth in the west of our country. By selecting the typical Shen Dong mining area of Ha Lagou coal mine 12201 working face. In the field, a constant resistance anchor cable is put forward, application of blasting technology, The hydraulic single steel frame after processing the word block rock and a series of experimental. And according to the experimental design scheme for construction. The construction of a total of 968 blasting holes is carried out in the field, installation of constant resistance cable 291,Cutting roof roadway 580 meters. After monitoring, the roadway sink is 50mm, and the roadway is in good shape, and the roof is stable. The results of the test surface: the automatic cutting and unloading of the roof and unloading pressure can be applied to the special geological conditions of the western mining area. It Will provide an important theoretical basis and experimental basis for alleviating the tension of mining, mining, high ratio of mining, waste of resources and so on.
